Lypoteryx apollonia, 'Pink-spotted metalmark' butterfly
A small black butterfly adorned with radiating turquoise lines on the outer edges of its wings and pink dots on the opposite side. The common name 'metalmarks' refers to the small, metallic-looking spots commonly found on their wings. This sweetheart belongs to the Riodinidae family and is native to Peru.
